Santa Clause parade

Santa Clause  Christmas parade here in st.thomas Canada. Very rainy night, but made for some pretty light reflections. This is the grand finale of the parade were the big man himself appears with a hearty hohoho merrychristmas and happy holiday to all!!!

This shirt is over 20 years old, my husband wore it as a teenager to his summer house painting job not knowing many years later he would marry an artist who would liberate it to wear while making art everyday. This is recycling at it's frugal artist best.

Out for a walk when we came across these wonderful wild fall grapes growing on the side of a house at the end of the street. Visions of geurilla wine making and covert midnight harvesting went through my head. Fortunately my husband usually talks me down before i get in too much trouble, lol.

Crazy windy water day at Port Stanley beach lake Erie, my husband Shawn made it out to the pier but I chickened out ,the wind made it seem like we were standing in front of a sandblaster. Check out the poor seagulls trying not to get picked up and whipped around. Too dangerous to fly today!!
