Happy dog day!!!

Happy dog day!!! Walk em if ya got em..and we have em, His name is Patches and we inherited him after Shawn's dad passed away. Shawn's dad doted on him, treating him with the up most love, kindness, patience and pampering that any dog could ever hope to get. We've tried to continue to give him the same amount of love and kindness. Here is Patches fluffed out after a nice long walk. I think it's all the smelling stuff that really tuckers him out. Ah, the leisurely life of our little hound dog.

Solar eclipse at the beach

On my way home from the post office I did a drive by of the beach here in Port Stanley. This is just before the solar eclipse was due to hit. The beach was very busy but nobody seemed concerned about the impending eclipse. I suppose many didn't even know about it. Hopefully everyone had their sunglasses on.

Getting ready to record a video

This is a shot of my art table. It's all rigged up and getting ready to record a video of me making a painting. I've been noticing that video is getting a lot play around the internet and thought it was about time that I should dive in. There's a lot to know when it comes to this whole internet thing so I've been goggling the heck out of making video. I think I've got a handle on it now. Making the painting is the easy part, or at least for me, as it's the part I really know. Stay tuned to see how it all worked.
